Do I have to pay the full $425 upfront?
Do I have to book my appointments on the weekdays?
Yes. A $15 weekend fee will be applied to appointments booked on the weekends.
What if I can't redeem all of my services within the time frame?
Unfortunately, any unused services will expire without refund. There are no exceptions. It is strongly suggested to schedule all 5 services during your initial setup to ensure they are redeemed on a schedule you have planned for in advance.
Do I have to choose all 5 services upfront?
No. You can select your services as you go, and make changes as needed.
Can I redeem more than one service at a time?
Yes. Many people schedule a massage and facial back-to-back during one visit. Enjoy a customized spa package of your own! This is a great option for those with a busy schedule.
Can I buy this as a gift for someone else?
Yes. Keep in mind, if you are making the payment and signing the agreement form on their behalf, it is your responsibility to let the recipient know the details. Copies of the agreement form can be provided on request.
How do I share a service/s with a guest?
You will be able to list any authorized users (guests) on your agreement form during setup. Please call ahead if your guest is not listed. To ensure legitimate tracking, any guests MUST be on your list BEFORE they receive a service.
I want this offer, but it is sold out. What can I do?
Only TEN Spa Bliss Bundles are active at any time. Your name can be added to the waitlist and you will be contacted accordingly, when an opportunity becomes available. Add your name to the waitlist.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
The cancelation policy is the same for every guest of The Retreat. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Canceling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours is subject to a late cancelation fee of $50. A "no-show" will result in a loss of your appointment. Please review all spa policies.
Can I apply any discounts or promotions to my services?
